Abbie has worked in education for 10 years, both in the classroom as a primary school teacher and outside as the Senior Educational Content Manager for WE Charity. She is passionate about empowering young people through innovative, engaging learning.

Sophie Richardson was Director at WE Schools, leading the development and implementation of their UK Strategy. She held their external educational partnerships portfolio, including relationships with 2000 schools across the UK. She has a passion for education and is currently serving as a school governor.

Vicki’s post-graduate career includes journalism, training and coaching. In addition to her work with LMK, she works as a specialist autism and ADHD coach and as a freelance writer. Vicki has held the position of Trustee for Tracks Autism, a specialist pre-school for children with autism and communication challenges and has established an autism/ADHD support group in Hertfordshire. Vicki has two teenage sons, one of whom has additional needs.

Rebecca has over 15 years experience working in youth offending, the probation services, prisons and specialist services undertaking assessments and therapeutic interventions with perpetrators of domestic abuse. She’s an experienced facilitator, trainer, project manager and has worked as a consultant to local authorities and an expert witness in cases of domestic abuse in family courts. Currently working as the National Programme Manager for Y’s Girls mentoring programme at the YMCA, Rebecca is passionate about embedding equity and inclusion to support all young people.

Melody Powell is a 23-year-old Queer/Pansexual Disabled Woman (She/They). She uses an electric wheelchair due to her physical disability and has also been diagnosed with OCD. Her experience growing up as a Queer Disabled person who never felt she belonged has made her passionate about fighting for Inclusion, Diversity and representation. Melody currently works with ALLFIE (Alliance for Inclusive Education) to help improve mainstream education for Disabled Young People, as well as working freelance to promote Disabled visibility in the mainstream world.

Matilda is Primary Headteacher at Reach Academy Feltham, and before that was the Pastoral Deputy Headteacher for the whole school. She has been one of the Curriculum Leads for Oak National Academy, helping to create the primary content for English, Humanities, Science and RSE.

Tyler is the Founder of Springboard Youth Academy and a social sector Consultant at The Social Innovation Partnership. She has extensive experience developing participatory learning programmes, designing and delivering services in collaboration with migrant young people and supporting community-led research initiatives. She is passionate about helping young people push boundaries and make big contributions to their communities.

With over 20 years experience in both public and private education sectors, Shazia is proficient at assessing organisational needs and devising bespoke pedagogical programmes. She works with both adults and young people to develop leadership skills, and enhance professional and personal growth. Shazia's love for research and learning recently led her to pursue a Doctorate in Education and Leadership at Brunel University, London.

Neil is a developer specialising in automation, cloud computing and machine learning. He runs Scarlette AI - a technology company in London that helps clients across a diverse set of industries develop their own data-driven systems (finance, music, charity to date). Neil's in his element brainstorming new ideas and is occasionally found getting stuck into teaching, mentoring or skill-sharing projects.

Abi is a research associate at the Centre for Education and Youth.

She is a former youth worker with particular experience and interest in inclusive practice when working with young people.

Sarah is an experienced communications professional with a background in financial services. Currently Senior Communications Manager at HSBC, Sarah has led communications in complex, global organisations as well as early-stage start-ups, and is passionate about employee experience.

Philippa is an award winning television Producer and Director. Over the last 25 years, she has worked across a wide variety of genres, including the Emmy nominated history series Colonial House, 24 Hours in A&E, The Unteachables, C4’s hugely popular Gogglebox and CNN’s Inside Europe. Most recently she worked on the first and second series of the BAFTA winning show ‘Race Across the World’.

Patrick is the Development Operations Manager for Fundraising & Donor Relations at the Tony Blair Institute for Global change. He works across all areas of the team maintaining and installing systems and reporting structures, while driving forward new initiatives to evolve ways of working within the team. Patrick’s previous roles have included Head of Operations for National Voices and DKMS Foundation where he worked with the international business development team.

Skye is an Account Director at London design agency The Cabinet, leading global brand projects from naming and identity creation and innovation through to packaging, digital and experiential.

Alison is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales, and has over 30 years experience from banking and professional services firms as a finance, compliance, sourcing and cost specialist.

Sarah has worked in nonprofits, project management and volunteer organisations focussed on issues relating to civil rights, women’s reproductive health, and students’ access to education. She currently works for The Kite Trust, a charity specialising in LGBTQ+ inclusion and has been developing and promoting healthy relationship education in the US and UK for over 5 years. She has most recently helped LMK build its Youth Advisory Board.
